An elevator is provided indoors for access to Panorama Bar with assistance. Guests requiring special assistance and with impaired mobility can skip the queue if they notify us in advance. Accessibility
The museum entrance is located at ground level. A power-assisted door is situated within the glass façade. The film program for 3hd 2023 is showcased inside the IBB video room on the ground floor and is available during the museum's opening hours. An accessible toilet is conveniently located near the cloakroom in the museum foyer. The door to the toilet can be opened by pressing a button. Mobile seating and two folding wheelchairs are available for complimentary use and can be borrowed from the cloakroom.
